DEFINITION

Parcel Maps (land division of 4 lots, or less), Final Subdivision Maps (land division of 5 lots, or more), Condominium Maps and Boundary Line Adjustments are all methods for dividing, or adjusting properties per the California Subdivision Map Act.

OUR JOB

At SCO, we routinely prepare tentative parcel maps and subdivision maps along with processing through to entitlement approval. We also prepare final maps including conducting the necessary field surveying and setting of survey monuments.
