Site / Grading Plans
DEFINITION
Site and Grading Plans are often a required component of the Planning / Entitlement phase and the construction document phase (CD’s) of a project. The Civil Site Plan is integral in defining the various site features typically including building locations, access, utilities, walls, drainage and specific infrastructure facilities for the site. It may also include various data and site statistics/calculations for an agency review of the site to determine conformance with various codes and requirements.
Site and Grading Plans typically include precise grading and drainage design, stormwater treatment and management, hydrology analysis, erosion control management, water, sewer and dry utilities design.
OUR JOB
Our Site and Grading Plans are assembled for the owner and contractor to understand and build effectively. We look at value engineering and efficiency in our layouts for the ideal design meeting the requirements of the project and the governing agencies. ADA and water quality routing are a key component of many commercial site plans.
