Land Surveying / Boundary / Topographic / Staking

DEFINITION

Land surveying involves many different operations, but generally is the process of measuring and mapping various features, determining boundaries, creating plans/maps and guiding construction.

Surveying could include retracing a property boundary, performing a topographic survey for a basemap, or design, preparing legal descriptions, or exhibits, or providing staking for a contractor to know where to build certain elements of a project in the field.

OUR JOB

We perform various survey tasks for our array of different planning and civil engineering projects.  We utilize current technology with robotic total station equipment and GPS rovers based upon the survey requirements necessary for the project.  Whether boundary surveys, ALTA land title surveys, legal descriptions, final maps/monumenting, or topographic surveys for design we prepare these regularly.
